Driving Directions:
VIA CAR
- Take the FDR Drive South to Exit 1, Broad Street
- When coming down the ramp, move to the far right and take the first right (cross two right lanes) onto Broad Street
- Follow Broad Street north for several blocks to Beaver Street.
- 55 Broad Street is located on the northeast corner of Broad and Beaver.
VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
(From the west side of Manhattan )
- Take the 2 or 3 train to the Wall Street stop.
- Go up stairs and take a right at token booth. Ascend next set of stairs to Wall Street.
- At top of stairs, continue (West) on Wall Street to Broad Street; take left (the statue of George Washington is on your right).
- MTG is at 55 Broad street, 2 blocks down on the left. Go to security desk, the guard will have your name on a list.
(From Grand Central Terminal and the east side of Manhattan )
- Take the 4 or 5 train to the Wall Street stop.
- When you exit the subway station, you will be near the corner of Broadway and Wall Street (Trinity Church is right there).
- Cross street and go East on Wall Street (Wall Street starts at Broadway).
- Go two blocks on Wall Street and take a right on Broad Street (the statue of George Washington is on your left).
- MTG is at 55 Broad Street, 2 blocks down on the left. Go to security desk, the guard will have your name on a list.
(From Brooklyn)
- Take the R train to the Rector Street Station.
- Walk one block East on Rector Street to Broadway. Trinity Church will be on the left.
- Cross Broadway and go left one short block to Wall Street. Head East on Wall Street (Wall Street starts at Broadway).
- Go two blocks on Wall Street and take a right on Broad Street (the statue of George Washington is on your left).
- MTG is at 55 Broad Street, 2 blocks down on the left. Go to security desk, the guard will have your name on a list.
Facility Information:
Stop at the security desk in the lobby and sign in. If your name is not already on our attendance sheet, security will phone us to announce your arrival. Take the elevator to the tenth floor and turn right. Note: Lower Manhattan is confusing! Even regulars confuse Broad Street with Broadway. They are parallel in our area. The New York Stock Exchange is just north of us at Broad and Wall Streets.
